  • Maximum of 4 participants per team
  • Any topics related to Engineering stream can be chosen
  • Maximum of 15 slides can be used for presentation
  • The abstract should not exceed 250 words
  • ID card is mandatory
  • Kindly mail your abstract (in PDF format) and presentation (both as PDF and PPTX format) to galaxyphase2ece@gmail.com. Difficulties will be addressed through the same email ID
  • The presentation duration is 5-6 minutes, followed by a question and answer session
