Galaxy Event is an annual tradition led by the final-year students of the Electronics and Communication Engineering department, designed to stimulate innovation, creativity, and intellectual growth in second and third-year students. Through a diverse range of tech and non-tech events, Galaxy serves as a dynamic platform for students to showcase their skills and talents. The tech events include project presentations, hackathons, circuit debugging, and code-cracking challenges, fostering problem-solving abilities and technical proficiency. Meanwhile, the non-tech events, such as photography competitions and short films, allow students to express their creativity and explore passions beyond the academic sphere. Galaxy’s theme, inspired by the boundless nature of space, reflects the department’s commitment to pushing the frontiers of knowledge and innovation. By offering students a chance to tackle real-world problems and present creative solutions, Galaxy not only enhances their academic and personal development but also strengthens teamwork, leadership, and communication skills. It’s more than an event; it’s an opportunity for students to shine, collaborate, and grow.
